Tungsten carbide wire drawing wire are used in both drawing and extrusion machines where material is forced under pressure through the die. They can draw different material like mild steel, high carbon, stainless steel, brass, aluminum etc. And they could long time ensure the high surface roughness for high speed roughness for high-speed drawn process.

Tungsten Carbide wire drawing dies/molds pellets are made from 100% vergine material of WC and Co. With good wear resistance, and high bending strength, carbide wire drawing dies are primary for nut forming dies and high impact resistance forging dies. Application:

YG3X: Excellent wear resistance,suitable for drawing steel,nonferrous metal and alloy wires less than Φ2mm under low stress,especially having better effect for drawing fine wires less than Φ0.6mm.

YG6: Good wear resistance,suitable for drawing steel wires,nonferrous metal wires and alloy wires or bars less than Φ20mm under low stress,also for drawing tubes less than Φ10mm.

YG6X: Good wear resistance,suitable for drawing steel wires,nonferrous metal wires and alloy wires or bars less than Φ6mm under low stress.

YG8: Good wear resistance and strength,suitable for drawing steel,nonferrous metal and alloy bars less than Φ35mm.

YG15: Suitable for drawing steel bars and tubes under very high stress.
